All betting and gaming activity on 5 Abet is governed by the general rules below. These rules apply across Sports Betting, casino, and live games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a "Cash Out" option is available for that specific game.
• If a technical issue disrupts a game or match, 5 Abet will determine whether the affected bets are voided or the result stands.
• Outcomes in RNG-based games are entirely automated and cannot be altered in any way.
• Odds in Sports Betting are set in line with market rates — 5 Abet does not apply any bias.
• In live betting, any bets placed before a disconnection occurs remain valid.

In Sports Betting, match results are determined based on official outcomes from the relevant international sports governing bodies. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, bets will be voided and stakes refunded in accordance with our rules.

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses (multi-accounting).
• Placing bets or playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Conducting money laundering or processing illegal funds through the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any match or game.
• Hacking or gaining unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software for dishonest gain.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's details.

5 Abet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• When a user submits a request to close their own account.
• If evidence of a violation of these Terms and Conditions is found.
• If documents submitted for KYC verification are found to be fraudulent.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Following a self-exclusion request.

Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 after 12 months, though the balance will never fall below zero. The member will be notified by email before any account closure.
